Traceability
Sanifrutta has always been extremely keen on customers' and consumers' needs and always follows traceability rules.
That is why our Company has promptly adopted a reliable and technologically advanced system to guarantee product traceability through all stages of production.
Traceability is assured through the following basic procedures:
1 - Identification of the grower by labelling packages with unambiguous barcode at the time of weighting.
2 - Reading and registration of bins at the time of grading.
3 - Issue of a new label on graded product bins, displaying size, species, variety and grower.
4 - Scanner reading and registration of graded product bins when entering packaging line.
5 - Issue of label for finished product pallet (lot).
6 - Registration of lot number on packing lists.
All readings and registrations are computerized.
