Kiwifruit is the main product exported by Sanifrutta. It comes not only from Piedmont, but also from other Italian regions, namely Lazio and Veneto. It is marketed from October to April and exported in European markets, as well as in overseas markets.
Since 2005 Sanifrutta has also started exporting Summer Kiwi, a new variety which is picked some weeks before Hayward variety and has however an excellent sugary level already in September, when it is marketed.
