Costigliole Saluzzo warehouse:
this is the Cooperative's main factory with a covered area of about 6,400 square metres. Apricots, peaches, nectarines, plums and kiwis are processed here. Its processing area consists of:

- 1 grading line
- 2 basket packaging lines
- 4 traditional packaging lines



The warehouse in Costigliole Saluzzo has a large modern storage centre composed of 12 cold rooms, 8 of which in controlled atmosphere. The total cold storage capacity is about 7,000 tons.

On the back of the warehouse near the cold storage area there are three loading ramps to optimize and speed up finished products loading and shipment operations.

The large courtyard all around the factory serves as bins storage area in order to transport products that must be processed, as stopping area for trucks waiting for the loading and as movement area of products getting in and out of the warehouse.

Here there are also the management and accounting departments, as well as the marketing and technical departments.

Verzuolo warehouse: recently built, it has a covered area of about 5,000 square metres. This factory is exclusively used for the receiving, processing, packing, conditioning and shipment of apple product. It includes:
- 1 grading line
- 2 rapid pack lines for cardboard and wooden boxes packaging
- 1 bag packaging line



All lines use water to carry products since it allows to drastically cut organoleptic non-conformities during the processing phase (bruise, fruit splitting).

The warehouse in Verzuolo has also a large cold storage area with 9 cold rooms, 7 of which in controlled atmosphere, and a total storage capacity of 3,200 tons.

Outside the warehouse there is a large courtyard used for bins storage at the end of the season, for weighing and unloading during supply phases, and for finished products loading and shipment.
